When the plug falls out of the outlet without touching it, or the outlet is not secure and will move easily when touching it. When the outlet is warm or hot to the touch, you need to immediately take care of the issue by unplugging the device and calling Bueno Tech as this type of problem can result in a fire. 

Under no circumstances should you try to troubleshoot your electrical system on your own. It can be dangerous and the last thing you want is to create a bigger issue or worse. Please call an electrician whenever you experience an electrical problem (lights flickering/dimming, there's an electricity burning smell, when you're trying to use too many devices from one outlet or the ones you have are overloaded, when you're renovating or have code violations, etc.)
